Culligan Water is currently seeking a Plant/Warehouse Technician to join our team. The Plant Technician will be working in our shop to clean and maintain equipment, load and unload trucks, assist with inventory control, and assist in our 5-gallon water bottling operation.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks
- Maintain and repair water coolers, water treatment equipment, and plant equipment
- Operate company vehicles, including forklift, safely and courteously at all times
- Accurately and legibly complete all required documentation
- Assist in operating our 5-gallon water bottling machine operation
- Communicate clearly and positively with customers and team members
Qualifications
- High school Diploma or equivalent GED
- 1-3 years of experience in a maintenance or manufacturing environment preferred
- A valid driver’s license
- Possess a strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Detail-oriented, organized
- Able to effectively engage with strangers and establish professional relationships
- Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates
- Fluency in Spanish language preferred
- Able to regularly lift 50 lbs
What is the schedule?
- Monday - Friday
- 8-hour shift within the hours of 6AM-6PM, however there may be days that are over 8 hours and fall outside of this time frame

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
